There are 3 ways to stop the service:
1: By SMS: You can cancel the service at any time by sending “STOP GYM” to 877. The service will be released immediately.
2: By e-mail: You can send an e-mail with the cell phone number out should be written info1@izesoft.com.
3: Via hotline: Customers can call customer service at +41445816440

If you surf the Internet you may come across our services, and you may want to try them out. (You are usually expected to answer a question or solve a riddle). Once you have solved the riddle or answered the question, you will be asked to enter your cell phone number in the box displayed on the site. After entering the number, you will receive a free confirmation.

If you are registered for the StreamGymToday service you pay CHF 3 x 3.30- per notification.

To order StreamGymToday services on the website, simply enter your cell phone number and click “Continue”. Immediately afterwards you will receive a text message from 877 with all the information about your order. Respond to this SMS with OK for Sunrise & Salt users and START ABO for Swisscom users so that registration can continue. Costs will be charged to your prepaid phone card or debited from your mobile operator's monthly bill, depending on your current contract with your operator.

Our website and promotions require minors under the age of 18 to obtain explicit parental or guardian permission. We cannot be held responsible if a minor registers with us without parental permission. To opt out, send a STOP GYM message to 877 (using your child's phone). Or you can email our customer service department and ask to be unsubscribed from info1@izesoft.com. We act according to the guidelines of the mobile operators.

You may not remember signing up for our service. To sign up for the service, you receive a message that you must confirm. Only then will you be registered. Always make sure that no one else has access to your cell phone and that no one can sign up for our service using your cell phone number without your consent. Check carefully the messages you receive and the number from which they were sent. If a message does not come from 877, contact your mobile carrier's customer service department.
